Delete your Shelfd account

If you have the Shelfd app

1. Open the Shelfd app.
2. Go to Account → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. We’ll send you a confirmation email and process the deletion within 30 days.

If you only joined the website waitlist

You don’t have an account — just a waitlist email. To remove your email from the waitlist, send a message to Shelfd@photonlabs.dev from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Remove me from the waitlist”. We’ll process the removal within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, handle, and email.
• Your wishlist, my-shelf entries, and pull diary.
• Your trade history (anonymised in trade-counterparty records to protect their dispute history).
• Your messages.
• Anonymous analytics events that reference your session hash will be retained at the aggregate level only.

What gets retained

We retain certain records for legal / financial reasons (e.g., transaction records related to escrow / shipping for accounting purposes) for the legally required period.
