How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set a new password.

How does trading work?

Post a trade listing with the figures you have and want. Other collectors can swipe through listings and match with you. Once both sides agree, you exchange shipping details and send your figures.

What is Trade Protection?

Trade Protection holds a small refundable stake from both traders until the trade completes. It's on by default for new traders, mandatory for trades over £40, and optional for experienced traders on smaller stakes. Helps protect both sides against no-shows and disputes. Why are there multiple Shelfd charges on my statement?

Trade Protection and shipping appear as separate line items, and the stake hold can look like a payment until it's refunded. We've written a plain-English guide to every Shelfd charge — what each one means, what's refundable, and when refunds arrive.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" — this permanently removes all your data including collection, trades, and messages. This cannot be undone.

A figure is missing from the catalogue

We're adding new figures and series regularly. Use the Contact form in the app (select "Missing Figure") or email us and we'll add it.

I have a problem with a trade

If you're having an issue with a trade partner (non-delivery, wrong item, etc.), please contact us through the app or email with your trade details and we'll help resolve it.
