You can also email us any time at Shelfd@photonlabs.dev. During launch periods we aim to respond within a few hours, UK time.

Swapping — list a duplicate, name what you’d swap for (or stay open to any offer), and send a structured swap another collector can accept in a tap. UK swaps post with a tracked label bought in the app; swaps abroad are arranged directly between collectors.
Buying & selling — in-app buying and selling, with payments held until your figure arrives safely and buyer protection on every order, is coming soon. Browsing, collection tracking, swapping and drop alerts are live now. (See our Protection pages.)
Account & data — you can export or permanently delete your data from Account → Privacy in the app. To delete your account without app access, see Delete account or email us.
Catalogue corrections — spotted a wrong figure name, image, or a missing series? Use Browse → Request in the app and we’ll usually have it fixed within days.
